Mooncap is a delicate oyster mushroom liquid culture known for pale, attractive fruiting bodies, fine texture, and graceful clustered growth. Compared with heavier oyster varieties, Moon Cap produces a softer, more delicate-looking mushroom with a clean mild flavour and subtle savoury, umami notes.
This 10 cc liquid culture syringe is used to inoculate sterilized grain spawn for mushroom cultivation. Once the grain is fully colonized, it can be transferred to a suitable fruiting substrate.
